The owner is the man from East Hall Farm.

He said a couple of weeks ago someone chissled away the concrete and broke in.

As far as he could remember there was nothing of intrest down there. No paperwork or anything, so it doesnt look like it's a minter.

He said that the hatch should be repaired by now (odd as if hes the owner surely he should know).

Just nice to shed a bit of light :)

I FSM'ed it, it's completely empty and there's a thread here somewhere.
