Arrow H Hey & Sons Bradford, December 2010

Back in 1894 this old mill was in the hands of Alf Priestman & co worsted spinners and manufacturers.

    Visited with Nicola..

I have driven past this place so many times and not ventured a proper look, at some point the top floor has been victim to a fire and quite devastating given the damage.

The focus is in sight, the water tower in the distance was our destination.

The mill pond was solid 3 inch thick ice..

    The tower beckons...

    View from the top..

    My favourite shot
Give me wine, I drain the dregs and toss the empty bottle at the world.

Handsome, witty, devastatingly charming and unstoppably immoral

Nice old Industrial Porn I thought most of the old mills had been levelled but obviously not, pity about the fire and a chimney that is still standing! Was this spared the clutches of F. Dibner & Co.
I like the frozen ice, some nice reflections in them pics
Did you climb the water tower, on an outside ladder
