    Yea judderman, OMBC would glady see all of oldhams heritage demolished that way they can sell the land to builders of generic box houses for £thousands and a backhander for themselves

    It's lovely is this mill. When I did some digging I could only find that a demolition application has been submitted, and the talk was that 'IF' permission was given then they'd build homes etc.
    Still, I wouldn't wanna go there, thinking "fuck me it's quiet" then while inside hearing the charges detonating.

    Was a good way to spend 3 hours, some good shots there Bungle.

    The land is earmarked for 2 large car dealerships, planning has been approved the mill will be gone very soon. Real shame as this was a fine example of A H Stotts work, the detailing and art decor in the engine house is something that frankly you just don't see anymore.

    the first shot shows a banner top left with the name of the demo company. Also I drove up to the front of this place a few weeks back and there was some stuff about it being demo'd too - I can see this being gone in a matter of a few weeks - didn't take the fookers long to flatten County Mill
