Arrow Esholt Stream and Tunnel 01/11

Not much to say about this place JLS showed us this bad boy when we were walking to the water treatment works and it is for sure the best looking little beck tunnel thing Ive ever seen, looks like a little Oasis or some shit! Was good to do after driving X amount of miles to go visit the Doncaster Earth Centre and get chucked out after about 10 mins. Its a pretty nice area to photograph and the streams and bridges around it are lovely and soothed mine and Fowleandcloughs "FAILness"

Anyway because we did it first I believe we get to name it? If so I request to call it....

    FOWLEANDCLOUGHS LOVE TUNNEL

    On with the pictures!

First of all there is a little bridge as you approach the outfall

    And BOOM! here she is!

Fowleandclough on his on little Island

Inside the tunnel heading to the Infall, is about 50 metres long with a curve in the middle and is very clean but very fast flowing...

Coming out into another grand bit of woodland

    Looking back

Inside and heading back to the Outfall

It was getting dark and got this shot in the dark..

Also there is a old ruin of something near

    Cheers Fowleandclough to follow!

and thats pretty much it, nowt special as far as underground goes, but its well nice round there. Had quite a fun time mooching up the river with cameras as dog walkers passed us by looking at us in concern thinking we were just a bit crazy

    thanks
