Got the train to sleaford today for a relaxed sploor of the maltings...
As we were stood at a wooden fence in the estate by the maltings a local woman came out to speak to us, she basically said something along the lines of "People keep climbing over this fence to see the buildings and it get broken a lot so has to be replaced frequently. I'm not encouraging you but if you go around the corner to the other part of the estate there is a nice small fence for you to climb over"
The history has been done a fair few times so i won't bother with it but i will add that the maltings are where pigeons come to die
