    Arrow Crisp Delf Mine, Lancashire - Feb 2011

    Couple of visits here. 1st Went with Stoka then a return trip with BA and Scrappy

    This place is a disaster just waiting to happen if im honest, so if you go HAVE YOUR WITS AND BRAVE PILLS WITH YOU

    Bit of history
    Crisp Delf is a disused sandstone mine in Lancashire, one of a network of flagstone quarries and underground workings in the immediate area. Mining started in the early 19th century. There was also a tram road that ran east from the mine. The tramroad was worked until 1860.

    it was a good trip but its shocking how..............flackey everything seams to be! here are some of my pics.

    just look how the bottom of this jenga stack is balanced because of that rock thats hit it from the side!
