Nocton Hospital - Lincolnshire - March 2011
I think this place is one of the great underated places in the UE world. Once a military hospital but now a huge overgrown mess of wards, corridors and plants. There has been a hospital on this site since the 1940s and the last injured soliders were treated here in the early 1990s, victimes of the first Gulf War.
The guy who looks after the fence is cool, he showed me where the owls live (barn owls call this home now) and where to get in and out of the fence without trouble. A top place I would recommend and I would love to see what some of you good photographers could make of it at night etc.
Thanks for looking
