Army Training Ground, Co Dublin, Ireland

This is an army training ground which was once a quarry, the army use this for helicopter training doing rescue pick ups as the Baldonnel aerodrome is near by. The last time i visited here the army were training so i could not get to see the whole area. There is not that much to see as the underground areas have been filled in with dirt and a lot of rubble has appeared. There was a lot of bullet holes in almost everything in sight, and many shotgun shells and ammo cartridges lying about.
