This is (was) a very unique place, a low lying train station right next to a newer one on the mainline. Built in 1854, it closed to passengers in 1972, but was then used as a post depot to the nearby Royal Mail sorting warehouse in 1979.
It was a really interesting place but has now been converted into a hotel and apartments and other leisure buildings.
