Oh now that's just put a massive smile on my face. What a superb report on a fantastic mill. I spent many years in the Textile Industry, and seeing this has brought back many a fond memory. Great stuff mate and many thanks for sharing it. Will make a point of visiting here next time I'm over that way.

Thanks everyone, you're very kind. Honestly, if you're anywhere near there, call in, Trefriw is a lovely little village and the mill is fascinating. Make sure you go when the museum's open, SH - the shop, cafe and turbine room are open every day, but the museum's only open mid-week, and it's the museum that's the interesting bit, obviously.
