Hi all,

Had this explore kicking around on my camera for a wee while now so thought i'd get it done
Other than being chased by a big black rabid dog up a farmers drive, access was fairly straight forward
This was only my second ever explore on my own so my camera skills are a little shaky still - Couple that with a rubbish camera(Now rectified;-))

Nice location.. the "bombs" and various aircraft shells (are the Harrier and the Whirlwind still there? I know the "Soviet" Hunter has gone to a better life) are explained by the sites recent (and I thought ongoing?) use for EOD training.

I never saw the other planes as i was on the other side i think? Hopefully next time;-)

A quick google will turn up lat/long for all the wrecks.. but don't waste time searching for a "MiG" that was't there - it was a Hunter in with a dubious paint job and it's now been moved!
