Arrow Parson Drove ROC Post - (Lincolnshire Group) - May 2011

Hi all, been out on me travels again recently My friend and i set out for a day of goodies which saw us visit 4 R.O.C's/Stenigot Dishes, and R.A.F Folkingham, all of which will be posted here in good time. First up is here in Parson Drove.

Place was in pretty clean/dry condition with the Torlift hatch being previously locked with another sort of mechanism aswell as the Torlift....Anyhow, good for us it was open Some nice original features still remain including the 2 mattreses that are still in their original packaging and never used
    Anyway on with the piccies.

My mate taking the first plunge into the unknown...EEEEK!

    Those mattreses.

    Loads of paperwork.

As i said, it must have been previously maintained judging by the new re-wiring

    Toilet's a minter.

Maroon warning??? I have no idea?

    That's all peeps

Looks like someone was looking after it at some point judging by the newish can of paint and the battery wiring.

To be honest, my mate and myself were really surprised that it was in such good condition as the area has quiet a Gypsy/Traveller presense locally. Not that i'm saying that they vandalise things, moreover claiming it for maybe storage or something?

This post does not have a Torlift hatch, its the standard original type hatch.

Also, a Maroon is simply a type of flare to warn people of approaching fallout.
I might be a cock but I am still better than god.
