    How beautiful! I was in London a few weeks ago, and thought to myself "thats a posh hotel"... it looks even posher inside. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

    I went into this place when it was derelict in the late 80s/early 90s with a small group and a fella by the name of Pete Jones who had permission to shoot a scene there for one of his short films. We walked up that staircase - the most beautiful I'd ever seen and ended up down a very long, dingy corridor with scores of rooms going off, many with old iron beds in. There were many strange noises and we soon got spooked out because we knew the place was empty. A very beautiful and very creepy place it was.
    ... I wonder if he ever released that film...
