    Arrow Alvis Stalwart Amphibious Vehicle - Leeds - January 2012

    This Stolly is parked on a field between Leeds and Bradford so I stopped for a look

    Ex British Army these are fantastic things to have a go in. You can only get in through the top hatch.

    Have driven one of these, the centre driving position is really weird, but it sure is one hell of an all terrain vehicle! Has this been abandoned or in working order?

    It's part of Parkwood 4x4. The guy has some that run too, he's sound enough, even let me kite in his fields a few times. I fancy getting down to one of their events with the camera soon!

    Yup fun to drive ....we visited a yard full of heavy plant and the owner took us for a drive in his ....sadly there was no water to try this in ....
