Built in 1863, these old textile mills were built during the growth of Dewsbury as a mill town. The majority of mills in this area have either been converted into apartments or demolished, this is one of few exceptions that remains almost in its original form. It appears the site in more recent years has been used as a stone masons yard before closing a few years ago.
Nothing much left inside, a few telly’s, loads of bulbs and little pedal bike which Little Dave had fun playing with. If you don’t like HDR best look away now.
