    Default healing manor

Hi all this is my first post on here, i came across this site after looking for info on a local building and google sent me here...
    I then became addicted .....

Well here is my first propper explore, i apolagise for the quality of pics as i dont have a fancy camera, just the 1 on my phone..

Healing Manor is situated in the village of healing just outside grimsby has 88 rooms and 40 acres of land and has sat empty since jan 2010 and has been on the market ever since, although it was breifly occupied by 3 vietnamese men using the manor as a cannabis factory.
In February 2011, a police raid uncovered a £400,000 cannabis-growing operation, for which 15 rooms on the upper floor of the property had been converted into a growing space for 1,800 plants.

At the time, the three-storey manor house was owned by Kash Pungi, who had transformed his former home into a hotel and restaurant. It has since been stripped out and recently reposesed and is now on the market again for £650000 plus vat!!

    Heres a few photos
    view from the court yard

    front view of house

    Rear view

Entrance hall to resteraunt and main staircase

    Bar in rear lounge

    First floor hallway

The wine cellar, 1 of 3 cellars we found

    Fire place in main lounge

    2nd floor attic space

    Fuse board in 2nd cellar

remains of the resteraunt kitchen nothing left in here

Detail on ceiling in main dining room

    Dining hall

most of the rooms on the first floor had been converted to be used as a hotel most with ensuite bathrooms that had never been used, some of the floors were a bit spongy but all in a very nice building ..........
