the flats at the bottom of marywell have been around for about 20 years, built on what used to be the kirriemuir train station, and there is still evidence of the railway; a single platform to be precise.
the tenants were (kicked out)in 2004, and have been a spot for kids to come and hangout, smoke, drink and vandalise.
there were 3 flats originally, but 2 have been flattened in the past month, and this only survives (so far) because it's off the road making access for demolition teams tricky.
