The first mention of the Estate is in papers dating back to 1506, but much of the work on the stables and the house was done in the late nineteenth century. The main house itself is a substantial mansion built in the Scots Baronial style and has up to 11 bedrooms.
Most of the rooms were adapted for institutional use by Aberdeen College whom at present have it on the market for sale. But theres more ...it comes with its very own nuclear bunker!!!
