Arrow Ainscough Flour Mill - Lancashire - Jan 09

Explored by many before and now by me a few weeks ago. This mill is a huge rabbit warren of holes, unsafe floors and knackered ladders, no wonder it bit the dust. The place is just awful and I must admit, I didn't like it one bit.

Closed in 1998, it has been well trashed by the local scum and copper stripped by the local gypos. Some cool stuff remains but I didn't have time to go round its many floors, sub-floors, basements and roof tops etc etc.

As I said, the place did not strike me as at all friendly so that's why my photos are shitey.

This lovel old house joins onto the mill but is equally trashed by the local chavs.

It is a interesting, if trashed place.

Nice to see it done again

It's a good site this, the water tower is excellent and offers great views across the flats right over to Blackpool.
