Arrow Robert Fletcher & Sons, Greenfield - March 09

Pretty much a year on from my first visit.. still love this place. The post apocalyptic feel of the place hasn't changed, but 12 months on the place has suffered from water ingress, burst main water pipes and other natural ellements. Inbetween of the water the 415v switch panels and contols still hum away, phones ring in locked offices and computers sit as they were left almost 8 years ago.

    (yes it's still whirling around!)

I'd LOVE to go back here and give it a proper go.. i went with an NEUE bod a couple of months ago but we were pushed for time so really couldnt stay long. Coupled with the great CF card fail i really didnt do this place justice at all!

Some good pics there, the place looks amazing in the light!!!

problem is if you are a long way form here you may get here and find that it is a no-go due to the police training on site - it's pretty regular at the mo - my folks go on walks here every day, and they say it's more often than not at the moment.... the ohter dya there were three police vans and a couple of cars...have another site as back-up in case...

great pics by the way -that revolving lihgt kinda freaked me out when I went! LOL

If we do go we normaly have 3 sites minimum planed to make it worth while plus I take mobile tinterweb (laptop with dongle none of this phone shit) so its easy enough to improvise
Thats the first report I've heard of police dog training at fletchers tho.
I've heard stories of police on site but kinda attributed that to anti-pikey patrols.
