Here's my take on West Park Hospital. It's been done a thousand times and some people almost seem to live in there but apart from a very wet visit last winter, I've not had the pleasure.

A couple of things struck me about this place, firstly, it's in quite good condition compared with say Hellingly or Whittingham and secondly, there is loads of stuff left laying around. Beds, equipment, medical supports it's all here in spades.

Stand out features for me were the cool corridors linking the wards, the water tower and the red lane. Shots are in order of my wander around.

This bit of the asylum went nowhere so I had to clamber back out.

Finally, I stand in the covered corridors of West Park

Rows of coloured doors, the usual asylum stuff really.

Landmark 1, The Property Room

Alert, Landmark 2, The Padded Cell now graf free.

Wards with beds and other stuff still in situ.

Moving on, the burned out hall

What I assume was the canteen complete with Half Life venders.

Zimmer racing room?

Landmark 3, the red corridor seats shot.

Equipment in the opticians room.

Landmark 4, The Hoover Room

Admin and the dark corridor of doom.

Really old comms stuff, pace PADS and other jurrasic stuff.

West Park shop.

Washers, almost illegal not to have washers still around.

From the Water Tower

Liked this connecting space.

Spare Bedroom?

No idea what this is, some kind of wheelchair.

Nice gardenhouse thingy.
