Clarence Mill, Hull, Report 01/09/09

I wont bore you by mentioning the history of this site as it as been covered quite well both on this site and elsewhere by previous explorers, One thing not mentioned often is that this mill had a mini paternoster running up parts of the site but I couldn't get a decent enough shot of them







Either someone played a prank or that footprint (above the o in Simon) came from a huge rat.






It looks like the mixing/ rolling machines where segregated for what they where intended to be used for.


There are rows and stacks of them, with a movable service ladder so the upper ones could be tended to.








Process monitoring pannel, lilkely to alert the shift managers if there was a fault or issue with a part of the system.


There are several chunks of the famous "Resin" probably used to help crush/ mix stuff in the rollers.
