Hey there!
This is my very first report so hello all of you!
I have just moved to liverpool and this was my first explore in the area.

The bridge was built in the 19th Century. The name Bascule is a french word for seesaw and balance which tells you pretty much how the bridge works.
The bridge is located at the west end of Stanley Dock but is no longer in any use.

I hope to revisit this site sometime soon and get more shots. Will keep posted.

As i am new to Liverpool, if any of you know some good places then please let me no, i would love to get exploring more.

Enjoy...
