Located on Pier 8 at the heart of the Salford keys and one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the United Kingdom following the closure of the dockyards in 1982.



Built in 2001, this post modern 16 storey apartment building next to the Lowry sits at 65m tall, and provides stunning views of the surrounding area if you can get 'pon yer rooftops

Just across the way on Pier 9 is Media City, still under construction.
