    So I get a text from silent saying the weather seems to be breaking think I might go for it. So I sit there ...and I think ... feck it I'll go too.

    Note to silent - if you're pondering a career as a weather forecaster .... don't ponder too long eh ?

    So by time I get there silent had been there some time so I made my way to the top level ... after 30 minutes I got my breath back and started taking some shots.

    Combination of crap weather (with lots of rain), arriving late and bein a bit rushed has resulted in a not exactly stunning set of images.

    Still here they are anyway:

    Approaching the Mill with the Old Lane pub on the left - imagine this place did well when the mill was still operational



    the highest level and oh look sunshine for 2 minutes between the downpours of rain
